The Bach Flower Remedies have been for many years an effective method - if not the most effective method - for healing emotional disorders. Interestingly, when the emotional disorders - e.g. anger, grief, boredom, despair, stress, depression, loneliness - were cured, many physical ailments also disappeared. As a metaphysician and practitioner of Holistic Healing, I was not surprised. I teach the interconnectedness of all aspects of a being - creative, intellectual, emotional, material and physical. When one area suffers, other areas are likely to be affected; similarly, when one area is healed, other areas are likely to follow.
To enhance the effectiveness of the composition prescribed by Edward Bach for the original Bach Flower Remedies I have written affirmations to accompany each. .
Affirmations attune the mind to the positive, and weaken the power of the negative until it is finally ousted. The verse form of each affirmation makes it more memorable and more focused.. Plant Power, Word Power deals only with Dr Bach's 39 remedies for emotional disorders, because as I stated earlier, healing of any related disorders in other areas of one's life will automatically follow.
