G-D and the Guiding Star
(comprising four adventures, available as a series or separately)
Dugudfrawl and Torquelovaul are tiny twin messengers who arrive on Gary-Dan’s bed in a golf-ball-sized spaceship on the eve of the lad’s twelfth birthday. From that moment, his life changes.
The book (40000 words) consists of four stories, “G-D in Space”, “G-D surveys the World”, “G-D encircles Earth”, and “G-D encounters Time”. In each adventure, G-D explores a different aspect of the Universe, and different aspects of good and evil, as well as how to eradicate evil by superimposing love. The book decries violence and violations, and promotes a healthy, harmonious way of living, sharing and being.
While much of practical reality, history, geography, mathematics and politics is presented in easily-digestible form, the main emphasis is on metaphysics – the science of that which is beyond the physical.
- The theme of “G-D in Space” is Love.
- The theme of “G-D surveys the World” is Love giving rise to Indignation.
- The theme of “G-D embraces Earth” is Indignation giving way to Love
- The theme of “G-D encounters Time” is Love-Indignation-Love.
“G-D in Space”
Gary-Dan (G-D to all who know him) learns first how to adjust his size so that he can travel in a tiny spaceship through the burglar bars on his window. Then he learns that he and the aliens and the spaceship itself can grow larger or smaller as the need dictates. Once the spaceship has carried the trio into Outer Space, where they are surrounded by all types of heavenly body, G-D learns a great deal, not only about the stars. He is one of seven children selected to save the world from self-destruction, and the galaxy from damage wrought by Earthlings.

“G-D surveys the World”
A year after their first visit, on the eve of his thirteenth birthday, the alien twins return. They take G-D to parts of his own planet, where he sees aspects of it he did not know about. The boy experiences a see-saw of emotions as he witnesses beauty and degradation cheek-by-jowl – not once but time after time, country after country.
Torquelovaul has to explain: “There is no country that is evil. . . There is no
land, no sea, no iceberg, no lake, no mountain, no river, no marsh that is evil.
There is no creature, whether of land, water or air, that is evil. . . Evil requires
an intention, and an intention can only be formed by the intellect, which is a
strictly human asset.”
The twins give G-D a number of clues to help him live happily on earth and to fulfil his mission. Central to the theme is this statement by Torquelovaul: “Step One is Self-Forgiveness . . . Step Two is Self-Protection . . .
Step Three is General Protection . . .”

“G-D encircles Earth”
On the eve of his fourteenth birthday, having given G-D time to absorb the earlier lessons, Dugudfrawl and Torquelovaul take him to lands he had not seen before.. The lad is more mature, yet once again he undergoes a torrent of different emotions as he witnesses wealth and poverty, cruelty and kindness, inventiveness and ignorance, misery and pleasure everywhere on Earth. At last he learns that “the beauty below the surface is the Truth. Not ugliness but beauty is the
original creation.”
G-D – and the readers of the book – must understand this crucial lesson:“There is no Superman or Captain Marvel or any other kind of extraterritorial
hero who eradicates evil and supports good. This planet has to be rescued
from disaster by those who placed it in the path of disaster. Humans have to
save it, or at least change the existing ratio of evil-to-good . . . “
The twins impress upon G-D that “ . . . the human race needs to change its consciousness from fear to love.” They arm him and his future Earth-savers with the
RULES FOR RIGHT RELATIONS,
and impress upon him that “Indignation must lead one to loving action. Indignation is a spur to
action, Love is a guarantor of right action.”

“G-D Encounters Time”
The twins’ purpose on their final visit is to give G-D and the children not only the task of saving Earth from destruction, but the tools, the know-how and the encouragement to do so. They point out that
“ . . . Only children will have unconditional interest in the survival of this
planet, unqualified indignation and uncontaminated love. Therefore it
is only children you should enrol in this cause.”
They, as aliens, cannot provide any other help. They tell G-D
“We have come to urge you to save the rest of the universe from your world.” They explain why Planet Earth, as presently run, is a danger to the universe. However, they quell his immediate fears by adding: “ It is only too late when the cataclysm occurs.”
In order to avoid errors and conflict, they advise him “Listen with your ears, not with your fears.”
They conclude their visit with a reminder, made more powerful by its inclusion of God’s name, I AM: Intention + Application = Manifestation
